At Burpees & Croquettes, each product is made to order specifically for you upon confirmation of your purchase. This approach allows us to limit waste and produce more responsibly.
Defective products or manufacturing error
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, a printing issue, or if the product received does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
To process your request, please send us:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem encountered
- One or more photos clearly showing the defect or error
After verification, we will proceed, as appropriate, with the replacement of the item or its refund.
Change of mind, size, or order error
As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- A change of mind
- An error in size chosen during the order
- An error in color or model selected
- Any other personal preference after order confirmation
We invite you to carefully consult the size guides available on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
Order cancellation
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet entered production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the following address:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
